We believe in transparency. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Quick Summary
You are eligible for a 100% refund within 3 days of enrollment, a 50% refund between 4–7 days, and no refund after 7 days. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
⚠ AHIMA Recertification course: No refund applicable under any circumstances, as the recertification fee ($249 USD) is paid directly to AHIMA upon enrollment.
Refund Eligibility
Within 3 Days
100% Refund
Full refund if you cancel within 3 calendar days of payment confirmation.
4 – 7 Days
50% Refund
50% of the course fee refunded if you cancel between 4 and 7 calendar days of enrollment.
After 7 Days
No Refund
No refund is applicable after 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment.
Conditions for Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
The refund period is calculated from the date of successful payment confirmation.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Razorpay / bank account) within 7–10 business days.
Students who have accessed more than 20% of course content are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time period.
Exam voucher fees (e.g., AHIMA CCS exam fee of $299) are non-refundable once the voucher has been issued or redeemed.
AHIMA Student Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
Book rental deposits are refundable only upon return of books in original condition within the rental period.
Refunds will not be processed for requests citing personal reasons after the eligible refund window has passed.

Printed study materials and codebooks (once dispatched)

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] with subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Course Name]".

Include your registered email address, phone number, Razorpay Payment ID, and reason for cancellation.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and verify eligibility.

If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Course Transfer Policy
If you wish to transfer your enrollment to a different course or batch, you may do so within 7 days of enrollment at no additional charge (subject to seat availability). After 7 days, a transfer fee of ₹2,000 will apply. Course transfers are allowed only once per enrollment.
