If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or enroll in our courses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All courses offered by CodePro Healthcare are for educational purposes in medical coding and health information management.

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Course schedules, batch timings, and content are subject to change at the discretion of CodePro Healthcare. Students will be notified of any significant changes.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Students are responsible for meeting the eligibility requirements for AAPC and AHIMA certification exams. CodePro Healthcare provides training and support but does not guarantee exam clearance.

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Course fees do not include AAPC or AHIMA exam registration fees unless explicitly stated in the course description.

For the CCS course, the AHIMA exam voucher (1 attempt) and AHIMA Student Membership are included as stated. These are subject to AHIMA's own terms and availability.

GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

Our refund policy is as follows: 100% refund within 3 days of enrollment; 50% refund between 4–7 days; no refund after 7 days.

Exam vouchers, AHIMA memberships, and printed materials are non-refundable once issued or dispatched.

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during all live sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and interactions with instructors and staff.

Recording, sharing, or distributing any course content (videos, study materials, mock exams) without prior written consent from CodePro Healthcare is strictly prohibited.

Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation during mock exams or assessments will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

Students found sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals will have their access revoked.

All course content, study materials, mock exams, videos, and website content are the intellectual property of CodePro Healthcare OPC Private Limited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

AAPC and AHIMA are registered trademarks of their respective organizations. CodePro Healthcare is an independent training provider and is not officially affiliated with AAPC or AHIMA unless explicitly stated.

CodePro Healthcare provides placement assistance as part of its course packages. This includes resume building, mock interviews, and employer referrals.

Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Job placement depends on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

The "87% placement rate" statistic is based on historical data and does not guarantee future outcomes.

By enrolling or registering on our Website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name, email, phone, qualification) for course administration, communication, and placement support.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing (Razorpay) or as required by law.

Student data is stored securely and retained for the duration of the course and up to 3 years thereafter for record-keeping purposes.

CodePro Healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or courses.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

We are not responsible for any technical issues on the part of AAPC, AHIMA, or Razorpay that may affect exam registration, membership activation, or payment processing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
